Manage day-to-day client relationships, provide operational insight, optimize processes, monitor account performance, collaborate cross-functionally, negotiate contracts, resolve escalations, and identify growth opportunities to retain and grow key accounts.

The Account Coordinator will support Account Managers by managing client communications, handling escalations, and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining account documentation, and improving client experience.

Build and maintain analytics platform, dashboards, KPIs and data models. Perform data cleaning, troubleshooting, ad-hoc analysis, and partner with operations, product, and engineering. Spend time onsite in warehouses to inform metrics and reporting.
