Manage a portfolio of SMB merchant clients to drive revenue growth, retention, and adoption of payment solutions. Build trusted relationships, provide consultative guidance, resolve complex issues, and champion client success to improve satisfaction and long-term value.

Lead delivery of strategic infrastructure projects end-to-end, align cross-functional stakeholders, manage scope, schedule, budget and risks, improve delivery processes, and drive measurable business outcomes while using project management tools and governance practices.
