Own the full sales cycle across Southwestern and South-Central Ontario, including prospecting, pipeline development, client needs assessment, proposal creation, pricing, negotiation, and contract close. Maintain accurate CRM forecasts, attend networking and industry events, monitor market competition, and partner with Operations to onboard and retain accounts. Sell security guarding, patrol, alarm response, concierge, and safety training services to commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, retail, and public-sector clients.

Supervise on-site security operations, including reception and access control, patrols, CCTV and building systems monitoring, alarm response, incident management, fire safety, and emergency first aid. Prepare schedules and coordinate staffing coverage, escort visitors and contractors, and help prevent theft and disturbances. The role requires reliable independent work, strong computer skills, frequent walking and standing, and professional client service.
