Leads VP-level and senior executive searches across corporate functions, from strategy and market mapping through assessment, selection, negotiation, and closing. Advises C-suite stakeholders, develops talent strategies, engages passive executive candidates, manages confidential searches, and improves executive recruiting frameworks, assessment practices, reporting, and tools within a globally distributed Talent Acquisition team.

Build and maintain fullstack features for GitLab’s post-purchase subscription lifecycle, including renewals, billing accounts, auto-renewal, overages, reconciliations, and subscription visibility. Partner with Product and Design, integrate billing and customer systems, write reliable tested code, support safe rollouts and monitoring, participate in code reviews and incident response, and reduce technical debt and architectural risk.

Leads global compensation programs, including merit, promotion, equity, and bonus cycles, from design through closeout.
