Lead and manage highway planning and preliminary design projects from proposal to close-out. Oversee teams and sub-consultants, budgets, schedule, quality and client relationships; mentor junior staff; support business development and stakeholder engagement; apply transportation planning, preliminary design, EA, ITS, and rehabilitation/expansion techniques to deliver projects.

Lead and embed enterprise quality management across US West and Canada West regions. Advise stakeholders, drive ISO 9001 compliance, run audits and investigations, deliver regional quality initiatives, report performance, and support continuous improvement with cross-functional teams. Travel ~5-10%.

Lead contract administration and construction management for municipal linear infrastructure projects (water/sewers). Supervise site inspectors, manage multiple construction projects, handle claims, change orders and progress payments, coordinate with clients/contractors/design teams, ensure HSE and quality compliance, schedule and allocate work, coach staff, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement.
