Leads GHD’s global talent management strategy and team, aligning workforce capability, succession, leadership readiness, internal mobility, development, and talent insights with business priorities. Establishes enterprise talent frameworks and governance, advises executives using workforce data, strengthens talent pipelines, and drives consistent adoption across regions. Requires executive-level experience, strong stakeholder influence, psychometric assessment expertise, and familiarity with enterprise talent technology such as Oracle HCM.

Lead major defence and federal infrastructure programs from strategic pursuit through execution and closeout. Establish governance, delivery frameworks, risk and commercial strategies, and oversee schedule, budget, quality, procurement, project controls, and stakeholder engagement. Advise government clients and delivery partners, lead multidisciplinary teams, support strategic pursuits, and develop project delivery capability across Canada. The role requires extensive experience delivering major capital programs in complex, remote, or logistically challenging environments.

Process biweekly payroll for more than 1,000 Canadian employees across multiple provinces. Responsibilities include calculating overtime and statutory holiday pay, reviewing timesheets, processing employee changes, preparing Records of Employment, reconciling expenses, maintaining payroll-related deductions and banking information, and responding to payroll inquiries. The role requires compliance with provincial employment standards and collaboration in a hybrid workplace.
