Graduate technicians, technologists, and designers support technical, design, field, documentation, data, and project delivery activities across infrastructure, buildings, transportation, water, environmental, energy, and community projects. Responsibilities include preparing drawings and reports, organizing project information, participating in field investigations and site visits, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting quality, safety, and compliance. Candidates gain practical experience through mentorship, training, and hands-on project work.

Lead complex regional proposal pursuits from go/no-go decisions through final submission and interviews. Responsibilities include proposal strategy, cross-functional coordination, schedules, content development, reviews, production, interview preparation, capture planning, debriefs, and lessons learned. The role manages multiple concurrent proposals, mentors proposal staff, ensures quality and compliance, and drives on-time delivery across larger A/E/C and professional services opportunities.

Leads multidisciplinary design delivery for complex defence and federal infrastructure projects across Canada. Manages design scope, schedules, budgets, quality control, change control, technical work plans, stakeholder coordination, and construction-phase problem resolution. Coordinates architects, engineers, project controls, construction teams, and government clients while ensuring compliance with federal regulations, security requirements, and project standards. The role also supports proposals, pricing, alternative delivery models, and continuous improvement of project strategy.
