Lead delivery of Information Services projects end-to-end: manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, vendors, and stakeholders; ensure governance, compliance, and quality; coordinate business and technical teams across applications, infrastructure, platforms, data, and digital initiatives; support capability and culture improvements.

Lead and manage highway planning and preliminary design projects from proposal to close-out. Oversee teams and sub-consultants, budgets, schedule, quality and client relationships; mentor junior staff; support business development and stakeholder engagement; apply transportation planning, preliminary design, EA, ITS, and rehabilitation/expansion techniques to deliver projects.

Lead and embed enterprise quality management across US West and Canada West regions. Advise stakeholders, drive ISO 9001 compliance, run audits and investigations, deliver regional quality initiatives, report performance, and support continuous improvement with cross-functional teams. Travel ~5-10%.
