Perform in-office billing tasks including credit card processing, creating and reviewing credits, reconciling driver payments, making bank deposits, updating Excel reports, resolving billing issues, liaising with collectors and accounts receivable, and responding to customer billing inquiries and ON billing email.

Support the Accounting Manager to establish an Accounting Center and streamline the month-end close. Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany postings, and monthly/quarterly reports. Compile KPIs, ensure adherence to controls, lead assigned projects, and assist with ad hoc tasks while collaborating with site personnel.

Manage and configure Workday HCM, lead testing and release activities, build reports and dashboards, partner with HR/Payroll/Finance, provide Tier 3 support, training, and continuous improvement.
