Coordinate commercial execution and regulatory compliance for landfill gas to RNG projects: manage RINs and registry workflows, track reporting and QAP requirements, support third-party verifications, monitor regulatory changes, translate technical/regulatory data for internal stakeholders, and assist commercial leadership with market research and credit portfolio tracking.

Perform payroll and benefit account reconciliations for US and Canada, maintain PTO accounting, reconcile union and statutory remittances, analyze variances, prepare monthly close schedules and supporting documentation, partner with Payroll/HR/Finance and vendors, identify process improvements, and support audits and ad-hoc payroll/benefit reporting requests.

Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Environmental Services division leadership. Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, expense reports, and event logistics. Produce materials (reports, presentations), track action items, support employee engagement activities, and drive special projects to improve executive office efficiency and information flow.
