Coordinate commercial execution and regulatory compliance for landfill gas to RNG projects: manage RINs and registry workflows, track reporting and QAP requirements, support third-party verifications, monitor regulatory changes, translate technical/regulatory data for internal stakeholders, and assist commercial leadership with market research and credit portfolio tracking.

Lead afternoon shift maintenance operations for heavy trucks and equipment: perform advanced diagnostics and repairs, assign and mentor technicians/apprentices, enforce safety and compliance, update work orders in fleet software, and respond to off-site emergency breakdowns.

Manage invoicing and billing processes: enter data into the OMS, verify job paperwork, prepare backup documentation, resolve invoice disputes with customers, reconcile accounts, update Excel reports, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate timely billing.

Support Finance by developing and maintaining Workday financial reports, dashboards, and data models; support period close and ERP activities; lead finance transformation projects; maintain governance, internal controls and release testing; provide user support, documentation, and training.

Support financial, operational, and compliance audits using risk-based methodology. Perform control testing and ITGC testing, document findings in AuditBoard/Workiva, assist external audit requests, track management action plans, and support ad-hoc projects and process improvements under senior auditor supervision.

Lead execution of the SOX Section 404 program: perform risk assessments, maintain SOX documentation, execute control testing and workpapers, coordinate with external auditors, support remediation, and partner with process owners and IT audit to strengthen controls and streamline testing.

Support corporate insurance and risk management by mastering policy structures, managing insurance renewals, compiling cross-functional data, and delivering insights using Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. Develop specialized risk expertise in environmental services and communicate with internal leaders and external partners.

Manage and configure Workday HCM, lead testing and release activities, build reports and dashboards, partner with HR/Payroll/Finance, provide Tier 3 support, training, and continuous improvement.

Design, build, and maintain scalable real-time and batch data pipelines and data lake architecture using AWS and big-data tools. Own end-to-end AI/ML workflows, perform feature engineering and statistical modeling for operational efficiency and financial forecasting, and provision infrastructure with Terraform/CloudFormation while optimizing pipeline performance.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Team (manage calendars, meetings, international travel, and expense reports) and manage daily onsite workplace operations (reception, building maintenance, security badges, and office inventory). Serve as first point of contact for employees and visitors and collaborate with Operations and Procurement to ensure a professional workplace experience.

Support internal IT audit activities including ITGC and application control testing, SOX compliance, remediation tracking, and data analytics to identify risks and anomalies across enterprise systems.

Supervise afternoon and night operations and maintenance staff to ensure safe, efficient facility production. Maintain safety programs, SOPs, PM program, inventory, KPIs, contractor compliance, and troubleshoot process/equipment issues. Develop, maintain, test, and optimize scalable data pipelines and Data Lakehouse architecture on AWS. Design storage and data models, manage Redshift/RDS/DynamoDB/S3, use Glue/EMR/Lambda for processing, enforce security and compliance, optimize performance and costs, and collaborate with analysts and data scientists to enable analytics and BI.

Manage environmental and capital projects at the Stoney Creek Regional Facility: plan, budget, schedule, and supervise consultants/contractors; support operations and environmental compliance; monitor KPIs; prepare business cases and capital estimates; oversee permits, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder relations to ensure continuous operational excellence.

Perform manual material handling and processing tasks in a waste processing plant: connect hoses, load/unload and move materials, dump/cut/crush drums, perform data entry, maintain housekeeping, respond to spills and emergencies, follow safety standards, and support supervisors. Shift work and some overtime required.

Support and lead the Safety and Environmental Management System (SEMS): provide training, respond to user requests, update system data and documentation, assist environmental auditing (ISO 14001), maintain compliance platforms (ISN/Avetta), and report EHS data and KPIs to corporate stakeholders.

Design and maintain reusable Terraform modules and CI/CD frameworks (GitHub Actions) integrating security scanning (Snyk). Architect resilient, cost-effective AWS infrastructure, enable observability, define standards for developer self-service, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with SRE, security, and application teams.

Lead capital budgeting and forecasting for operations, develop multi-year investment plans, govern capital requests and lifecycle, track performance and cash flow, produce monthly reporting, conduct ROI and lifecycle analyses, and partner with Finance and Operations to align capital strategy and reporting.
