Leads microgrid control projects from sales handover through development, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and operational support. Develops energy-resource drivers and control algorithms, produces electrical designs and technical reports, resolves customer issues, improves project processes, and mentors team members. The role requires onsite work in Fort Collins, commissioning travel, customer-facing communication, and safe work around electrical equipment.

Provide first-line technical support to ecobee Smart Owners via phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and resolve device, software, and energy-related issues, guide installations and setup, document interactions, and advocate for energy conservation. Complete paid remote training and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

As a Staff Analytics Engineer, you will design self-serve BI solutions, optimize analytical infrastructure, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data accessibility and decision-making.
