Leads strategies, roadmaps, and execution for business-critical digital platforms supporting dealers, distributors, and internal operations. Translates business needs into product requirements, prioritizes epics, conducts market research, monitors performance, and coordinates engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and customer-facing teams. The role emphasizes technical product execution, cross-functional alignment, process improvement, and delivery against near-term and long-term objectives.

Executes hardware verification testing for pre-production products, develops automated test systems using Python and SCPI, evaluates communication signals and environmental performance, modifies prototype hardware, supports schematic and PCB layout, performs SMT assembly, and documents results. Collaborates with design, firmware, manufacturing, and test-fixture teams to identify root causes, communicate risks, and improve product reliability and regulatory readiness.

Coordinates and executes testing for battery energy storage, inverter, and generator systems. Develops test plans, procedures, reports, and commissioning documentation; performs electrical, functional, performance, environmental, reliability, and abuse testing; analyzes data; conducts root cause analysis; and drives corrective actions. Collaborates across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and external teams to resolve technical issues, support certifications, validate firmware and control systems, and ensure compliance with energy storage standards. Mentors junior engineers and technicians.
