Prepare P&L analyses, maintain FP&A data models and dashboards in Workday Adaptive Planning, train users, and automate reporting processes. Partner with product, design, engineering, and other leaders to provide actionable financial insights, identify risks and efficiencies, and support business decisions. Manage ad hoc analysis and cross-functional requests independently.

Own bottom-funnel demand capture across retail media, search, programmatic and social. Lead creative testing and analytics to prevent fatigue, manage agency and affiliate partners, drive incrementality with MMM and testing, monitor competitors, and deliver clear performance reporting to optimize profitable revenue.
