Leads technical delivery and strategy for North American high-voltage substation projects across the ACIS and FACTS portfolios. Oversees integrated system design, technical risk, quality plans, safety reviews, continuous improvement, and project interfaces from tender through execution. Serves as a subject matter expert and technical liaison while developing teams, leading the Technical Expert Program, and representing the organization externally.
