Lead design, development and validation of high-fidelity power system models (transient, steady-state, dynamic) to test protection, automation and control algorithms. Translate complex power system theories into maintainable simulation models and algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD or Opal-RT. Ensure compliance with IEEE/IEC standards, apply software development best practices (Git, testing, documentation), and collaborate with R&D and innovation teams to drive exploratory research and product roadmap.

Lead design, administration, and continuous improvement of the enterprise scheduling ecosystem (Primavera P6) to enable the One Project Schedule. Build automation, integrations, templates, data quality checks, dashboards, and governance. Support proposal-phase analysis, ITO-to-OTR handovers, cross-functional tool integrations, UAT, and stakeholder training to improve schedule readiness and execution reporting across projects.

The Mechanical Analysis Engineer will perform structural analysis for reactor pressure vessels, using FEA tools to ensure compliance with ASME standards and support SMR technology development.
