Serve as on-the-ground HR advisor and people leader for a North America region: coach People Leaders, manage employee relations and compliance, execute local HR strategy and workforce initiatives, lead HR projects, support talent lifecycle activities, and foster inclusive culture while providing local expertise and guidance to COEs and senior leadership.
