Lead aftersales repair operations for protection relays and substation automation, manage team performance, capacity planning, quality and compliance, drive Lean improvements, partner with Supply Chain and Engineering, and own end-to-end billable repair delivery.

Advise People Leaders and employees on Canadian HR matters, including employee relations, labor-law compliance, workforce planning, change initiatives, and talent processes. Coach leaders, resolve grievances, support employee experience, represent local HR in leadership teams, and collaborate with HR partners and Centers of Excellence. The role requires three days onsite, weekly visits to Nuclear customer sites in Durham Region, and approximately 10% travel outside the GTA.

Conducts inside sales through phone and online channels within a structured sales framework. Develops knowledge of assigned territories, products, markets, sales processes, and customer groups. Builds customer relationships, serves as the interface between customers and GE, exchanges technical information, resolves issues using established procedures, and collaborates with colleagues while escalating complex matters.
