The role requires collaboration with customers, suppliers, partners, and nuclear regulatory authorities while meeting safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

Leads project planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and schedule governance across Canadian EPC projects. Manages integrated schedules spanning engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout; analyzes critical paths, risks, delays, and recovery actions; supports cost control, forecasting, reporting, change management, and ITO/OTR activities. Develops the planning and scheduling team and communicates project controls information to project leadership, customers, and stakeholders.

Leads complex, cross-functional hardware and software development programs from inception through delivery. Manages schedules, budgets, resources, KPIs, governance, and executive stakeholders across global engineering, manufacturing, product, service, and commercial teams. Provides mentorship, drives Lean and Kaizen continuous improvement, oversees quality metrics and corrective actions, and advances AI-enabled project management practices. The role also contributes to PMO leadership, governance, standardization, and project management talent development.
