Manage the Unit's health and safety program: conduct training and inspections, investigate incidents, track OHS KPIs, lead improvement plans and JHSC meetings, manage injuries/RTW, ensure regulatory compliance and maintain first aid certification.

Lead regional HR strategy and partner with business leaders to support operations, labor relations, talent management, recruiting, training and compliance. Manage and coach HR staff across multiple sites, handle collective bargaining, grievance/arbitration process, respond to employment claims, and implement HRIS, compensation, benefits and performance programs.

Supervise and promote safety culture across airside ramp operations at a Toronto flight kitchen. Monitor compliance, conduct audits and SQORs, perform walkthroughs, coach staff, investigate incidents, deliver airside certifications and training, and support corrective actions and continuous improvement. Must work varied shifts in a 24/7 operation.
