Leads regional IT business engagement across North America by aligning technology strategy with business priorities. Manages roadmaps, investment intake, budgets, project portfolios, solution recommendations, service levels, vendors, risk, and stakeholder relationships. Partners with business leadership, architecture, operations, and the PMO to prioritize and deliver technology initiatives, resolve critical service issues, and ensure IT solutions support organizational objectives within budget and governance standards.

Leads airline customer performance and engagement across multiple catering stations. Integrates operational, quality, safety, demand, financial, and customer feedback data to identify risks, drive recovery plans, improve service delivery, and protect margins. Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages escalations and incidents, presents executive performance reviews, governs airline demand data, supports contract discussions, and leads continuous improvement initiatives. Requires extensive analytics, process improvement, customer-facing, airline operations, and multi-location leadership experience.
