Responsible for managing the Air Canada account globally, leading business development efforts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing contract negotiations and profitability.

Lead QA activities in a high-volume airline catering facility: conduct food safety and quality audits, manage HACCP/GMP programs, supervise sanitation staff, investigate complaints, run traceability and mock recalls, train employees, support audits, and drive continuous improvement and compliance with customer and regulatory standards.

Lead regional HR strategy and partner with business leaders to support operations, labor relations, talent management, recruiting, training and compliance. Manage and coach HR staff across multiple sites, handle collective bargaining, grievance/arbitration process, respond to employment claims, and implement HRIS, compensation, benefits and performance programs.
