Lead employee relations for the Canada organization, advise managers on performance, investigations and policy compliance, drive ER strategies, support organizational change, develop training and HR resources, improve HR processes and workplace culture, and partner with HR colleagues to ensure consistent, compliant application of HR programs.

Lead month-end close and prepare monthly financial statements, manage AR subledger and reconciliations, oversee Accounts Receivable operations and collections, guide and develop AR and GBS team members, ensure IFRS compliance, support tax filings and audits, monitor credit limits and DSO, and drive AR policy and process improvements.

Support GAIN educational and customer engagement programs across Canada by creating presentations, communications, reports and dashboards; assist event planning, vendor coordination, project management, and administrative tasks; collaborate with cross-functional teams on programs, initiatives, and special projects. Gain exposure to marketing, medical education, and aesthetics industry operations.
