Leads brand and portfolio strategy for Galderma’s Injectable Aesthetics business, translating strategic priorities into integrated marketing, customer activation, key account plans, and commercial execution. Oversees marketing innovation, digital enablement, market insights, performance analytics, budget allocation, and KPI management. Develops the marketing team and collaborates with Sales, Medical, Finance, Market Access, and other functions to drive growth, customer engagement, adoption, and market leadership.

Translate Aesthetics BU commercial strategy into field execution by developing deployment plans, leading national and regional sales meetings, and enabling sales through onboarding, training, coaching, and performance analysis. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Medical, and Commercial Operations to drive adoption, monitor metrics, support launch readiness, and continuously improve field effectiveness and capability.

Lead month-end close and prepare monthly financial statements, manage AR subledger and reconciliations, oversee Accounts Receivable operations and collections, guide and develop AR and GBS team members, ensure IFRS compliance, support tax filings and audits, monitor credit limits and DSO, and drive AR policy and process improvements.
