Supports Walmart account management through sales planning, forecasting, promotional execution, customer presentations, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination. Monitors sales, inventory, promotions, and retail execution while partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Service, Demand Planning, field agencies, and brokers. Develops data-driven recommendations, supports product launches and assortment changes, resolves customer issues, and contributes to continuous improvement. This remote role requires residence in southern Ontario and weekly commuting to Toronto and Mississauga offices.

Lead month-end close and prepare monthly financial statements, manage AR subledger and reconciliations, oversee Accounts Receivable operations and collections, guide and develop AR and GBS team members, ensure IFRS compliance, support tax filings and audits, monitor credit limits and DSO, and drive AR policy and process improvements.

Provides expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, investigations, workplace conduct, policy interpretation, compliance, organizational change, and HR process improvement. Advises leaders, develops training and documentation, supports HR shared services, manages sensitive cases, and strengthens employee experience and workplace culture. Requires progressive HR experience in non-union commercial or corporate pharma or CPG environments, strong employee relations expertise, and familiarity with HR systems and employment legislation.
