Develops brand, omnichannel, financial, and performance plans; coordinates cross-functional execution; manages budgets, agencies, regulatory review, stakeholder engagement, and market insights; and optimizes activities using sales, market, financial, and customer data.

The Business Unit Head will oversee the strategy, performance, and growth of the injectable aesthetics sector, managing teams and ensuring business objectives are met.

Leads brand and portfolio strategy for Galderma’s Injectable Aesthetics business, translating strategic priorities into integrated marketing, customer activation, key account plans, and commercial execution. Oversees marketing innovation, digital enablement, market insights, performance analytics, budget allocation, and KPI management. Develops the marketing team and collaborates with Sales, Medical, Finance, Market Access, and other functions to drive growth, customer engagement, adoption, and market leadership.
