Coordinates external travel partnerships and ensures partner tours meet product, operational, branding, safety, and quality standards. Maintains operational data, trackers, documentation, and SOPs; monitors customer feedback and identifies process or performance issues. Collaborates with Product, Sales, Finance, regional Operations, tour staff, and customer solutions teams to implement updates, remediation plans, and consistent trip delivery.

Supports Workday and other enterprise systems by gathering requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications, assisting with configuration, testing system changes, monitoring performance, and maintaining data integrity. The role provides user training and documentation, coordinates issue resolution with technical teams and vendors, supports audits and compliance, and contributes to project planning and milestone tracking for global stakeholders.

Lead IT procurement across sourcing, requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, spend tracking, contract renewals, negotiations, vendor relationships, and risk management. Collaborate with Legal, IT, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance, optimize costs, monitor vendor performance, and identify marketplace opportunities.
