Lead and operate a new AI-native recruiting agency: set strategy, refine ICP and pricing, run pilot placements, convert customers, partner on product development, raise seed capital, recruit and lead the founding team, and establish company culture in a co-founder equity partnership with FutureSight.

The Fractional CFO will manage firm accounting, compliance, treasury, and venture investment processes while overseeing a finance team, ensuring financial governance, and facilitating strategic initiatives.

Co-founder & CPTO will build and ship an explainable AI compliance platform: define architecture and security posture (SOC 2, tenant isolation, encryption, audit logging), lead engineering and applied AI, train and evolve LLMs, deliver explainability and reliability, convert pilots to customers, and recruit the founding team while representing the company to customers and investors.
