Own problem framing, architecture, system design, product judgment, AI product development, customer discovery, verification and evaluation systems, fundraising support, and eventual technical team building. The role requires shipping trusted AI products to real users, translating ambiguity into executable specifications, and balancing agentic architectures with simplicity and maintainability.

Own the technical vision and execution for BloomLex’s AI legal front desk. Build reliable voice and workflow systems, delivery infrastructure, observability, audit trails, and scalable multi-tenant architecture. Balance AI quality with call-level economics, expand pilots into paying customers, represent the technical vision to customers and investors, and recruit the founding engineering team. The role requires hands-on production coding, leadership, and product and strategy co-ownership as a technical founder.

Lead Closeline, an AI-native mortgage origination venture, as Co-Founder and CEO. Own venture strategy, customer discovery, pilot conversion, pricing, product development, fundraising, hiring, and team culture. Partner with FutureSight’s design, engineering, growth, and fundraising teams to launch the MVP, secure customers, raise seed capital, and build a scalable B2B SaaS company serving mortgage brokers and mid-market independent mortgage banks.
