Co-founder & CPTO will build and ship an explainable AI compliance platform: define architecture and security posture (SOC 2, tenant isolation, encryption, audit logging), lead engineering and applied AI, train and evolve LLMs, deliver explainability and reliability, convert pilots to customers, and recruit the founding team while representing the company to customers and investors.

Lead Weli AI as Co-Founder & CEO: set strategy, refine ICP and pricing, run pilot programs with RIAs and convert to paid customers, partner with product/engineering to ship V1, lead seed fundraising, and recruit and build the founding team and company culture.
