Lead and inspire a distributed creative team to develop and execute high-quality digital and cross-channel campaigns. Contribute hands-on art direction and design, develop concepts with strategists and copywriters, manage client interactions, mentor juniors, and ensure brand consistency and quality across deliverables.

Develop and communicate brand and campaign strategy using qualitative and quantitative research, social listening and web analytics. Produce insights, creative briefs, digital audits, competitive benchmarks, and measurement strategies; collaborate across teams and present findings to clients.

Lead concept development and art direction across ads, branding, digital and social campaigns. Produce designs, moodboards, storyboards, and oversee production. Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and clients; mentor junior team members; manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality, results-driven creative work.
