Manage assigned customer relationships to drive retention, product adoption, and growth. Act as strategic advisor, identify upsell opportunities, track helpdesk trends, mitigate risks, advocate customer needs, collaborate with Sales, Development, QA and Implementation, and serve as project manager for new products and integrations.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive growth through new software sales, manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams.

Lead revenue recognition and month-end close for assigned business units, reconcile revenue/expense data, manage deferred revenue, prepare journal entries and accruals, support audits, improve controls and processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve variances and ensure accurate financial reporting.
