Drive new-logo sales of hospitality software and services by prospecting SMB and mid-market clients, conducting discovery, presenting tailored demos, managing pipelines, negotiating contracts, forecasting results, and collaborating with marketing, product, leadership, and customer success teams.

Provides Tier 1 customer support for a cloud-based property management system through phone, email, and screen sharing. Resolves software issues, documents interactions and solutions in Zendesk, maintains product knowledge, and collaborates with Programming and Sales teams. The role requires strong problem-solving, computer and networking knowledge, customer service skills, independent remote work, and availability for set four-day, 10-hour shifts that may include weekends, holidays, and standby coverage.

Execute billing for multiple business units: create/terminate invoices and subscriptions in NetSuite/Zuora, apply payments, reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies and customer inquiries, issue refunds/credits, manage tax exemptions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
