The HR Business Partner provides strategic and hands-on HR support to Canadian business leaders and employees. Responsibilities include organizational design, talent and succession planning, employee relations investigations, coaching, change management, policy and employment-law compliance, workforce planning, HR initiative delivery, and tracking engagement, diversity, retention, mobility, and leadership metrics. The role partners with HR centers of excellence, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and business stakeholders to support growth and organizational effectiveness.
