Manages day-to-day HR services for a manufacturing plant, advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, training, benefits, succession, and compliance. Oversees the local HR team, workers’ compensation processes, employee engagement initiatives, HR metrics, and enterprise HR programs in partnership with shared services. Requires strong leadership, communication, employment law knowledge, and HR experience.
