The role requires outdoor work in varied weather, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a valid DZ license with a clean driver abstract and CVOR.

Lead and oversee all facility operations including warehouse, transportation, staffing, policies, and compliance. Drive efficiency, safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and SQF/regulatory adherence. Hire, train, and develop management staff, collaborate with department heads, and implement operational improvements to meet customer service and production goals.
