Supports technical service administration by filing service reports, processing billing and CRM documentation, managing parts transfers and returns, coordinating equipment movements, and providing backup scheduling for service calls. Handles customer calls and emails, determines service needs with the Technical Manager, supports IT-related transactions, and maintains relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments. The role is primarily desk-based with minimal travel and no supervisory responsibilities.

Performs invoice-to-pay accounting transactions accurately, follows procedures and service levels, supports process improvements, maintains operating procedures, and trains junior accountants or new team members. The role requires accounting process experience, SAP or ERP knowledge, strong English and communication skills, customer orientation, Microsoft Office proficiency, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision.

Supports global treasury operations, including bank portal administration, cash positioning, liquidity management, treasury transfers, FX transactions, payment processing, cash pool funding, reporting, fraud prevention, business continuity planning, and treasury transformation initiatives. Partners with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, IT, banks, auditors, and service providers while ensuring accurate treasury data and transaction execution.
