Performs varied electrical engineering assignments involving design, development, analysis, testing, specifications, field tasks, and technical problem resolution. Ensures compliance with engineering standards, independently applies technical methods, supports nuclear technology product lifecycles, and addresses customer and project technical issues. Requires collaboration, communication, safety awareness, informal leadership, and professional engineering judgment.

Supports project controls through cost analysis, scope control, earned value analysis, status reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, and schedule tracking. Partners with project managers to identify financial and schedule risks and recommend resolutions. Reviews subcontractor invoices against purchase orders and contract terms, monitors invoicing milestones, and corrects timekeeping issues. Produces monthly project status reports and portfolio-level KPI reports while ensuring compliance with applicable project-control procedures.

Performs complex engineering design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, field support, specification preparation, and problem resolution for nuclear energy technologies. Independently applies engineering methods, ensures compliance with standards, develops improved products and systems, researches best practices, and resolves technical issues supporting Framatome’s product lifecycle and customer projects. The role requires advanced technical judgment, collaboration, leadership, and a Professional Engineering license.
