Supports financial planning and reporting through contract margin analysis, journal entries, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, regulatory reporting, tax and statutory filings, investment and collections monitoring, and business-line support. Analyzes financial data and operating trends, identifies risks and opportunities, prepares performance reports, and contributes to accounting procedures and financial management decisions.

Develops and maintains complex nuclear project schedules, work breakdown structures, critical path analyses, resource plans, metrics, and management reports. Leads schedule status meetings, supports scheduling software improvements, trains project staff, recommends process enhancements, and directs less experienced personnel. The role requires strong planning expertise, understanding of nuclear power plant systems, collaboration, problem-solving, and experience supporting large, complex projects.

Provides administrative and office support, including document preparation, budget and expense tracking, project file management, timekeeping, training logs, travel coordination, meeting support, and financial process assistance. The role handles confidential information, resolves administrative issues, coordinates with staff, vendors, and customers, and supports workplace safety and process improvements.
