The Analyst, Data Strategy supports the implementation of data strategies and governance by collaborating with teams to gather requirements, develop policies, and ensure data alignment with business goals, while also managing budgets and promoting a data-driven culture.

Maintain the general ledger and perform period-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations and financial statement preparation under IFRS. Analyze trends and variances, produce reports and dashboards, support audits and tax requests, process transactions, resolve discrepancies, and lead process-improvement projects. Potential rotation across Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll, Global Entities and reconciliation functions.

The Analyst, International Payroll will manage payroll operations for multiple countries, assist in compliance, data accuracy, and support payroll accounting processes while collaborating with internal teams.
