Manages global procurement operations and transformation across Four Seasons properties. Acts as a subject matter expert on hospitality procurement, supports process standardization, property readiness, supplier enablement, data quality, testing, deployment, and stabilization. Coordinates Procurement, Finance, Product, Technology, Data, properties, suppliers, and implementation partners while managing risks, issues, governance, and continuous improvement. The role also develops procurement procedures, training materials, reporting, and scalable solutions for sustainable post-deployment operations.

Manages global food and beverage projects, reporting, stakeholder deadlines, meetings, licensing partner coordination, digital content, analytics requirements, and new-opening task-force support. The role prepares project updates, presentations, correspondence, travel materials, invoices, and meeting logistics while supporting F&B concept and brand research. It requires strong project coordination, analytical, communication, and organizational skills in a hybrid corporate hospitality environment.

Leads global corporate and hotel internal audits, enterprise risk assessments, governance activities, fraud investigations, compliance reviews, and internal control evaluations. Oversees audit planning, execution, reporting, remediation, and team delivery across international regions. Partners with senior leadership, Legal, People and Culture, and regional teams to strengthen governance, mitigate risk, and provide assurance to the Audit Committee.
