Owns end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and customer handoff. Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating technical and customer stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, leading workshops, overseeing data migration, integrations, and user acceptance testing, and providing status reporting. The role also supports presales scoping and proposal development while improving implementation methodologies, templates, and playbooks.

Serve as the product expert for CommunitySuite, supporting sales discovery, tailored demonstrations, proposals, RFPs, evaluation environments, data migration planning, technical objection resolution, and complex implementation handoffs. Advise finance and executive stakeholders using fund accounting expertise, represent Foundant at industry events, and communicate customer feedback to Product. Travel is approximately 10–20%.

Leads SmartSimple’s end-to-end client experience across Professional Services, Support, and Client Success. Owns delivery quality, consultative implementation methodology, partner capacity, pricing, service packaging, enterprise deal support, and support model design. Builds and aligns client-facing functions, develops Client Success leadership, and modernizes implementation through AI-assisted and low-code tooling while maintaining high-quality outcomes for complex enterprise clients.
