Lead end-to-end data science initiatives: design, deploy, and monitor ML/statistical models for credit risk, pricing, collections and fraud. Own and administer the Genesys contact center platform, configuring advanced routing, IVR, omnichannel workflows, campaigns, and integrations with Salesforce and third-party tools. Troubleshoot complex platform, telecom, WebRTC, and carrier issues; monitor performance and system health; manage major incidents under strict SLAs; and translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions across voice, SMS, and email.

Manage security operations, incident response, detection engineering, vulnerability and patch oversight, SaaS and endpoint security, cybersecurity risk assessments, and AI security strategy. Lead and develop security engineers, serve as senior Incident Commander, tune CrowdStrike detections, build coverage across endpoint, SaaS, identity, cloud, and proxy signals, and communicate security risks to technical and executive stakeholders.

Design, build, and operate an online feature store and associated batch/streaming pipelines. Optimize Postgres schemas for real-time feature serving, ensure reliability and freshness for ML models, lead technical enhancements, partner with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to code reviews and system design.

The Senior Analyst, Portfolio Strategy will provide insights to drive business growth, manage portfolio risk, and analyze pricing and profitability.

The Sales Development Representative engages with SMB owners to drive lead conversion by addressing their concerns and presenting funding options. They manage high call volumes, track lead activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with other teams to improve the sales funnel.

Lead and grow a team of analytics engineers to build an AI-ready, centralized data foundation. Hands-on duties include writing/reviewing SQL and dbt, designing semantic and dimensional data models, driving data quality, observability, testing, and CI/CD, partnering cross-functionally to deliver scalable data products, and recruiting and developing engineering talent.
