Generates sales-ready leads through inbound and outbound prospecting, cold and warm calls, email, discovery conversations, and market research. Communicates Intelex’s SaaS value proposition to decision-makers, collaborates with Account Executives, maintains lead records in Salesforce, meets opportunity quotas, tracks market trends, and develops product knowledge.

Supports the Quote-to-Cash process by reviewing sales opportunities, quotes, commercial terms, and documentation for accuracy and compliance. Maintains Salesforce, DealHub, and related revenue systems; advises internal teams; supports tool rollouts, UAT, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and process improvements. Partners with Sales, Finance, Billing, Legal, Renewals, and vendors to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency in a SaaS environment.

Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of AI and analytics capabilities for an enterprise EHSQ SaaS platform. Lead customer and market discovery, prioritize backlogs, define product metrics, and partner with engineering, data science, architecture, design, sales, marketing, and services teams. Drive AI feature launches, adoption measurement, governance, enablement, pricing, and executive communications while ensuring trustworthy, explainable, and compliant product experiences.

Develop and deliver features for large-scale web applications using full-stack technologies across React, TypeScript, Node.js, Microsoft, and cloud stacks. Collaborate in agile Scrum or Kanban teams with architects, QA, product management, and stakeholders. Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps, troubleshooting, performance, security, and continuous improvement while building high-quality software solutions.

Lead global accounting and financial reporting, manage multiple accounting teams, ensure timely close and compliance with IFRS/US GAAP, oversee external audits and internal controls, drive process improvements, and partner with cross-functional leaders to support strategic initiatives.

Provides phone, email, chat, and online support for software products, orders, billing, invoices, and troubleshooting issues. Logs and tracks customer contacts, meets service-level agreements, escalates complex problems, delivers user guidance and training, and identifies process and system improvements. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, customer service, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and software-learning skills. Rotating shifts and extended periods of sitting are required.

Leads architecture for Fortive’s HR technology ecosystem, including Oracle HCM, Boomi, ServiceNow HRSD, Eightfold, LMS platforms, and enterprise integrations. Defines API-first integration strategies, data governance, security standards, and modernization roadmaps. Designs and deploys AI, automation, NLP, and chatbot capabilities for HR workflows. Advises HR and IT stakeholders, guides vendors and technical teams, and mentors integration developers while ensuring compliance, data quality, and scalable platform architecture.

Owns the cloud architecture vision and roadmap for an AWS-first, multi-cloud SaaS environment. Designs secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-efficient infrastructure; leads cloud modernization; enables AI and data platforms; establishes Terraform, CI/CD, observability, security, governance, and reliability standards; and partners with engineering, security, operations, customers, auditors, and leadership. Coordinates major incident response and drives self-service infrastructure and developer experience improvements.
