Provides first-contact resolution for Member and Producer inquiries involving current and legacy insurance products in the US and Canada. Handles phone-based processing, complaints, escalations, and cross-department resolutions. Supports and coaches service representatives, conducts monthly quality reviews, and identifies improvement opportunities. Requires strong communication, customer service, mathematical, and relationship-building skills, rotating shift availability, and willingness to complete ongoing LOMA coursework.

Supports the Corporate Actuarial valuation team with quarterly valuation reporting, regulatory filings, earnings and experience analysis, actuarial model implementation and governance, audit support, documentation, controls, and process improvements. The role coordinates with Finance, Risk, Product Actuarial, ALM, and Audit stakeholders; explains technical results to business audiences; and coaches junior actuarial staff. Responsibilities include Canadian valuation, IFRS 17, OSFI reporting, model testing, reconciliations, and assumption or methodology updates.

Administer producer and management compensation across distribution channels, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Process adjustments, garnishments, assignments, court orders, debt recovery arrangements, and system updates. Review error reports, resolve unprocessed activities, and respond to compensation inquiries by phone and email within service-level requirements. The role requires accurate recordkeeping, customer service, attention to detail, problem-solving, and flexibility to support extended hours, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
