The role also conducts quality reviews and adapts training plans to changing business, hiring, and technology needs.

Processes new life insurance applications end to end, supporting producers through application review, underwriting coordination, certificate issuance, delivery requirements, policy changes, documentation, and escalations. Provides inbound customer service, manages case follow-up, resolves issues, maintains accurate records, communicates proactively with stakeholders, and identifies process improvements while meeting service-level and production targets.
