Design, document, and implement features and APIs for an embedded software update platform. Support integration, debug defects, optimize CPU/RAM/disk usage, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in prototypes and proof-of-concept initiatives for vehicle ECG/Phoenix modules.

Design, architect, and develop high-performance Java microservices for vehicle diagnostics cloud. Optimize system throughput, implement post-processing (stack traces, transcription, decoding), enable searchable diagnostics data and APIs, mentor engineers, and collaborate with embedded teams to improve diagnostics tooling and reliability.

Lead and improve assembly subsystem quality by analyzing warranty and EOL/CAL data, running control-plan and process audits, directing SPC activities, driving corrective actions (8D), supporting launch readiness, and leading lean/variability-reduction initiatives to ensure manufacturing process capability and compliance with Ford Production System and ISO 14001.
