Oversees HR operations, payroll governance, mobility, audits, wellbeing, and Workday HRIS governance. Handles complex employee relations matters, supports transformation initiatives, and translates global HR frameworks into locally effective solutions while ensuring compliance with Canadian and US employment law.

Provides high-level administrative and executive support to multiple senior leaders, including complex calendar and inbox management, meeting and governance coordination, travel arrangements, procurement, expenses, document preparation, and stakeholder communication. The role requires discretion, proactive problem-solving, strong organization, and effective coordination across global teams and time zones. It also involves improving administrative workflows through AI-enabled productivity tools and supporting office operations.
