Product Engineer responsible for designing, analyzing, quoting, testing, and improving automotive products. Reviews drawings, prototypes, specifications, and test results; investigates failures; develops solutions; supports engineering changes; and coordinates with customers, sales, manufacturing, and product development teams. The role requires automotive engineering experience, knowledge of TS16949 and APQP-related quality processes, project management, root cause analysis, and the ability to travel internationally.

Oversee the design, vendor development, construction, testing, and implementation of automated assembly equipment for automotive production programs. Responsibilities include manufacturing process improvement, equipment troubleshooting, technical documentation, process controls, FMEAs, Control Plans, root-cause analysis, vendor coordination, cost and schedule management, and production support. The role also interprets engineering drawings, evaluates tooling and processes, and ensures compliance with quality and environmental standards.
