Manage and grow an established Ontario customer base while developing new biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CDMO, and life sciences accounts. Sell bioprocess equipment and sanitary process components, build relationships with technical and procurement stakeholders, identify customer needs, develop account strategies, maintain CRM data, coordinate technical solutions, and achieve sales and profitability goals.

Develop and execute territory sales plans for industrial compressed air products and services across Southern Ontario. Identify new business, manage customer relationships, prepare technical proposals and quotations, negotiate terms, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with service and parts teams. The role requires B2B technical sales experience, industrial equipment knowledge, customer-facing presentation skills, a valid driver’s license, and travel throughout the assigned territory.

Supports planning, coordination, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, quality assurance, risk management, documentation, and stakeholder communication for mechanical, HVAC, ventilation, and controls projects. Works with service and project managers to define scopes, review drawings and supplier documents, track deliverables, facilitate meetings, assess results, and improve project management processes.
