Own the scaled customer success motion for more than 7,000 unmanaged SaaS customers. Build and optimize digital-led, one-to-many programs including webinars, lifecycle emails, in-app education, community engagement, and targeted outreach. Drive adoption, customer health, renewals, net revenue retention, and expansion through playbooks, automation, and data. Collaborate with Product, RevOps, Marketing, Support, and CX to develop tooling, health scoring, churn prediction, dashboards, and feedback loops.

Own revenue enablement for BDR, AE, Customer Activation, and Customer Success teams. Build onboarding, learning pathways, sales methodology reinforcement, call scorecards, coaching mechanisms, product launch readiness, and messaging programs. Operate enablement tools, evaluate the LMS, measure business impact, and drive adoption of new programs and skills. Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Product leadership while using AI to improve content creation and identify performance gaps.

Provide bilingual English and French product support, customer education, and technical troubleshooting for Float’s software, integrations, authentication, and web/mobile platforms. Investigate undocumented issues, follow compliance and security processes, document cases, maintain knowledge-base content, and share product expertise internally. Identify process and product improvements, support AI-enabled workflows, and contribute to special projects while working a fixed schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
