As a Customer Success Manager, you'll ensure effective onboarding, drive adoption, manage customer relationships, mitigate risks, and promote product use to enhance customer experience and retention.

Own strategic finance analysis, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and executive decision support. Partner with GTM, Product, and People teams to analyze business drivers, track SaaS and fintech metrics, evaluate capital allocation and investment cases, and translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations.

Own analytical product operations for corporate cards and spend management. Responsibilities include sizing roadmap opportunities, building investment cases, owning product reporting and dashboards, synthesizing customer feedback, analyzing strategic decisions, creating AI-assisted workflows, writing SQL, and presenting recommendations to leadership. The role partners across product, data, go-to-market, and leadership teams to improve decision-making and accelerate execution.
