Provide first-line IT support for remote and in-office employees. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and AV issues; manage onboarding/offboarding, accounts, permissions, and device lifecycle; administer Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, and workplace apps; support meeting-room tech and Wi‑Fi; escalate complex issues, lead small IT projects, and improve processes via documentation and automation.

Lead and improve the global Procure-to-Pay lifecycle across North America and Europe, overseeing vendor onboarding, AP, payments, month-end close, controls, metrics, and NetSuite P2P. Drive automation, partner with Finance/Procurement/Tax, support audits and tax reporting, and manage and develop a distributed Finance Operations team.

Execute, monitor, and optimize digital media campaigns across Flipp’s Private Shopper Network and external platforms. Handle campaign setup, pacing, budget tracking, reporting, troubleshooting attribution/tracking issues, and collaborate with sales, content, analytics, and vendors to drive performance and process improvements.
