Oversee the design, construction, implementation, and launch of automated assembly equipment and tooling. Coordinate vendors, schedules, costs, specifications, and production requirements. Support manufacturing process development, process controls, FMEAs, control plans, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, equipment testing, technical documentation, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality systems, and production objectives while resolving technical issues and guiding manufacturing personnel.

Supports automotive product design, analysis, quoting, testing, engineering changes, and production support. Reviews drawings, prototypes, specifications, and test results; identifies product improvements; troubleshoots failures; and develops solutions to improve quality, functionality, manufacturability, and cost. Collaborates with product design, sales, manufacturing, and customers, while maintaining development schedules, budgets, documentation, and compliance with automotive quality processes.

Performs complex CAE and FEA design analyses for automotive components, including nonlinear crash, linear stiffness, and durability analysis using HyperMesh, LS-Dyna, and ABAQUS. Creates finite element models, correlates results with physical testing, supports structural improvements and testing procedures, reviews CAE data, and collaborates cross-functionally to meet customer, quality, safety, and environmental standards.
