Prepares material and labor cost estimates for relay and control panel, switchgear, and steel enclosure manufacturing projects. Reviews proposals, blueprints, specifications, and customer requirements; communicates with customers for bid clarifications; maintains supplier pricing; submits estimates; and reports bid pipeline status. The role collaborates with engineering, business development, project management, vendors, and purchasing while managing multiple estimates.

Prepare electrical design packages (single line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, BOMs) for manufacturing projects using AutoCAD. Validate AC/DC schematics and BOMs, update as-built drawings from redlines, collaborate with engineers and production to resolve design issues, standardize designs to improve manufacturing efficiency.
