Build dashboards and reporting, enforce stage gates and change control, drive data-driven prioritization, implement resource management, embed Lean practices, identify inefficiencies, and partner cross-functionally to improve cycle time, reduce rework, and increase predictability and execution outcomes.

Prepare electrical design packages (single line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, BOMs) for manufacturing projects using AutoCAD. Validate AC/DC schematics and BOMs, update as-built drawings from redlines, collaborate with engineers and production to resolve design issues, standardize designs to improve manufacturing efficiency.
