Coordinates multidisciplinary engineering and design activities across structural, civil, and utility disciplines. Manages drawings, specifications, technical documentation, design reviews, milestones, interfaces, RFIs, design changes, constructability reviews, value engineering, and risk identification. Liaises with consultants, project teams, and construction partners while supporting schedules, cost estimates, progress reporting, and document control. Requires civil or structural engineering education and 3–5 years of design-build or construction-led project experience.

Writes persuasive, compliant proposals for major infrastructure and construction pursuits across Canada. Collaborates with engineers, estimators, project managers, designers, and document controllers to translate technical information into client-focused narratives. Reviews RFP and RFQ requirements, integrates win themes, maintains content libraries, prepares project references and management plans, and delivers polished submissions under tight deadlines. Also adapts technical content for marketing materials, white papers, and methodology statements while using proposal management and AI-assisted tools.

Leads large heavy-civil bridge and structures projects from contract review through completion. Manages budgets, schedules, construction planning, personnel, subcontractors, quality, safety, technical coordination, client relationships, progress reporting, estimating, and issue resolution. Requires extensive experience with rail and road bridges, railway corridors, in-water construction, Ontario construction standards, and multidisciplinary project teams.
