Teams at First Student

Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs under supervision; assist journeyman technicians with preventative and annual inspections; diagnose and repair brakes, suspensions, drivetrains and transmissions; complete and record work orders and parts used; assist with road calls and emergency services; follow safety policies and procedures.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts to drive retention, renewals, upsell and customer satisfaction. Serve as liaison between customers, operations, business development and cross-functional teams; lead onboarding, account planning, health monitoring, business reviews, and corrective action. Use Salesforce to track engagement and act as project manager for departmental initiatives.

Oversee location safety operations including driver hiring and compliance, training and supervising trainers, investigating accidents, preparing compliance reports, conducting driver road checks, and analyzing safety trends to improve performance.
