Measures accuracy, coverage, freshness, speed, and cost while communicating findings to engineers, marketers, and vendors.

Provide technical support for Firecrawl customers by diagnosing API, scraping, authentication, rate-limit, and integration issues. Reproduce and escalate bugs, advise customers on reliable workflows, prioritize support queues, and advocate for product improvements. Build lightweight debugging tools, dashboards, automations, and AI support agents to reduce recurring manual work. Create documentation, troubleshooting guides, and runbooks while coordinating support handoffs and sharing insights with Engineering, Product, and Growth.

Research and reverse-engineer web anti-automation systems, including browser detection, challenge flows, fingerprinting, and obfuscated JavaScript. Build and deploy browser automation, diagnostic, and monitoring infrastructure that improves scraping reliability across a large crawling fleet. Measure scrape success, investigate regressions, and ship production fixes quickly while collaborating with platform engineers.
