Lead system ownership and rebuild of the Core Lending Platform: define business rules, translate regulatory and business requirements into prioritized epics, ensure accurate loan economics, partner with Finance/Operations/Risk/Data teams, map and re-engineer processes, document algorithms and data, and deliver audit-ready reporting and reliable servicing capabilities.

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, dbt models, and warehouse infrastructure to deliver reliable data for analytics and BI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce data quality, documentation, and governance; monitor pipeline health, investigate and resolve issues, and support data migration and automation efforts.

The Bilingual Sales Specialist will initiate contact with merchants and borrowers, achieve sales targets, and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools. They will work collaboratively, seek coaching, and demonstrate business acumen while maintaining high integrity and organization.
