Manages structural design for new and existing concrete and steel structures, including retrofits, rehabilitations, modifications, and underground or at-grade configurations. Oversees scheduling and delivery of structural drawings and reports, supervises internal teams, and reviews external consultants’ design work. Provides technical guidance, ensures compliance with client and company requirements, and recommends changes to optimize cost, constructability, and risk.

Operate snowplows and sanding equipment during winter operations, perform road maintenance on highways, bridges and infrastructure, participate in emergency response rotations, support summer maintenance activities, follow safety protocols, and complete paid onsite training.
