Serve as the dedicated HR lead for pharmacy and warehouse operations across multiple Canadian sites. Manage employee relations, investigations, performance processes, policy implementation, employment-law compliance, health and safety partnership, HR operations, employee data integrity, cyclical HR programs, and recruitment support. Coach leaders and ensure consistent employee experiences across Ontario, British Columbia, and future locations.

Manage high-volume creative production from ideation through launch, including schedules, quality control, creator and vendor relationships, budgets, compliance, production logistics, and asset documentation. Build scalable workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee creators and production talent, secure usage rights, and use performance feedback and AI-assisted content versioning to improve creative output and efficiency.

Build and maintain full-stack web applications (PHP/Laravel backend, Vue.js frontend), design architecture, improve reliability via testing and observability, manage databases, optimize systems, collaborate with product and design, and mentor junior engineers.
