Manage high-volume creative production from ideation through launch, including schedules, quality control, creator and vendor relationships, budgets, compliance, production logistics, and asset documentation. Build scalable workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee creators and production talent, secure usage rights, and use performance feedback and AI-assisted content versioning to improve creative output and efficiency.

Manage daily accounting administration with a focus on accounts payable. Responsibilities include coding and posting vendor invoices in QuickBooks Online, reconciling vendor statements, preparing payment runs, processing credit card transactions, posting receipts and deposits, maintaining bank feeds, supporting month-end entries and reconciliations, and managing accounting inquiries. The role requires accuracy, organization, confidentiality, communication skills, and at least two years of similar experience.
