Own Feathery’s product marketing strategy across positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, launches, sales enablement, and customer insights. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate complex workflow automation capabilities into compelling enterprise narratives, accelerate adoption, support competitive deals, and inform roadmap priorities. The role also offers opportunities to build a team and develop marketing leadership.

Design, build, and scale backend services and asynchronous distributed pipelines for document processing and workflow automation. Own infrastructure on AWS (including queueing systems like SQS), improve reliability, performance, and observability, integrate OCR/AI where appropriate, collaborate with product and customer teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to architecture and production APIs.

Generate outbound pipeline by researching target accounts, engaging prospects through email, LinkedIn, and phone, qualifying opportunities, conducting discovery conversations, and delivering tailored product demos. The role also contributes to sales playbooks, go-to-market initiatives, product feedback, and outbound strategy development in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
