Provide executive calendar and travel support, manage office operations and vendors, coordinate GTM logistics and events, maintain processes and documentation, and support cross-functional operational needs to keep leadership and teams aligned.

Design, build, and scale backend services and asynchronous distributed pipelines for document processing and workflow automation. Own infrastructure on AWS (including queueing systems like SQS), improve reliability, performance, and observability, integrate OCR/AI where appropriate, collaborate with product and customer teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to architecture and production APIs.

Design, implement, and scale customer workflows on Feathery across pre-sales and post-sales. Own technical scoping, proofs-of-concept, onboarding, demos, deployments, and enablement. Provide product feedback, create technical content, and help build the solutions engineering function.

Build end-to-end AI product features across frontend and backend: design LLM agent systems, streaming APIs (SSE), asynchronous AWS pipelines, document processing, and responsive React UIs. Collaborate with product, design, and core platform teams to iterate and ship production-ready, low-latency AI experiences.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting; build financial models and manage cash flow. Oversee month-end close, vendor contracts, audit readiness, and financial controls. Evaluate financial tools, drive cross-functional planning and process improvements, manage operational staff and workplace experience, and support board reporting and strategic initiatives.
