Process and register discharge requests across multiple provinces using company and web platforms within SLA. Review title searches, resolve file deficiencies, communicate with customers, follow risk and lender policies, and complete internal reporting.

As a Cloud Platform Analyst, you will provide technical expertise, ensure system availability, and support various technologies across departments while communicating effectively with leadership and teams.

Support IT operations across infrastructure, platforms, and applications: monitor service health, triage and escalate incidents, maintain runbooks and operational documentation, assist production readiness and change execution, use ServiceNow for ITSM processes, and support assigned Disaster Recovery documentation and exercises.
