The DevOps Solution Architect will design and implement cloud-native infrastructure and DevOps solutions, ensuring operational excellence and reliability while leveraging AI practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Serve as the front-line contact for visitors, callers, and employees. Manage front desk and facilities tasks: electronic sign-in, calls, deliveries, meeting room bookings, FAMIS work orders, facilities invoice processing, office supplies, mailroom support, and maintain the internal Facilities web page.

Lead and deliver strategic, cross-functional programs in Residential Lending Solutions. Own end-to-end program lifecycle, coordinate stakeholders, manage schedules, budgets, risks and benefits, and report progress to leadership. Drive change management, adoption, and value realization while maintaining integrated program plans and strong stakeholder relationships.
