Manage mortgage transactions by reviewing loan documentation for accuracy, resolving file deficiencies, collaborating with internal and external partners, proposing process improvements, delivering training, and ensuring compliance with policies and risk protocols while maintaining service levels and customer satisfaction.

Lead day-to-day operations for a division, manage multi-level managers, drive productivity and employee engagement, optimize mortgage servicing processes (registration/discharge), collaborate with Sales/Product, and implement digitization, automation and workforce management solutions to improve customer experience and reduce costs.
