Lead the design, development, and evolution of scalable full-stack web applications using modern cloud-native architectures and AI-assisted development. Build responsive interfaces, APIs, backend services, real-time features, and AI-powered user experiences. Apply performance, resiliency, security, testing, observability, and deployment best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders, present technical solutions, mentor developers, and drive innovation and continuous delivery across digital transformation initiatives.

Reviews cheque requests, payout calculations, and lender documentation for accuracy and completeness. Prepares cheques, electronic payments, credit card and e-transfer payments, and payment approval information. Reconciles deposit reports with bank deposits, identifies variances, updates disbursement records, and coordinates discrepancy resolution with internal partners. The role requires accounting education or equivalent experience, intermediate Excel skills, strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

Provide high-volume customer and technology support to internal and external users. Resolve system access, platform navigation, file-related, and troubleshooting issues; educate customers on processes, ordering platforms, and products. Monitor inboxes and systems to meet service-level agreements, process activations, maintain policy knowledge, and deliver accurate first-call resolution. The role requires flexible availability during weekday operating hours and is offered as a 12-month contract.
