Leads complex data science and analytics initiatives, develops and validates predictive models, evaluates diverse data sources, and translates findings into actionable business insights. Determines technical approaches, supports risk mitigation and decision-making, and provides technical leadership and mentorship to analytics professionals. Collaborates with stakeholders while promoting quality, consistency, and data-driven solutions.

Leads risk-based audits of information technology systems and information management. Defines audit scope, evaluates control design and effectiveness, documents evidence, reports findings, validates remediation, and recommends process improvements. Uses Agile auditing practices to translate technical risks into actionable insights, collaborates with IT and Internal Audit teams, and coaches senior auditors.

Provides legal advice and transaction support for project, infrastructure, acquisition, and structured finance. Drafts and negotiates complex financing and security documents, advises on risk allocation and lender protections, manages due diligence, supervises external counsel, and supports syndicated transactions. The role also develops legal precedents, processes, training, and guidance while helping establish FCC’s Project Finance business line.
