Draft and edit announcements, newsletters, presentations, FAQs, talking points, and media materials. Lead internal communications, coordinate town halls and leadership messaging, manage media inquiries and interview requests, monitor industry and regulatory trends, and partner cross-functionally to amplify initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Lead acquisition strategy for Sportsbook and Casino across regions and products. Develop promotional and segmentation strategies, own activation targets and promotional spend, deliver data-driven insights, partner cross-functionally (Media, Product, Analytics, Finance, Retention), identify seasonal opportunities, and manage/coach an Acquisition Strategy Associate to drive profitable customer growth and retention.

Manage the Financial Crimes Compliance program, implement AML policies, oversee audits, enhance strategies, and communicate compliance metrics to senior management.
