Leads end-to-end campaign, promotional, CRM, and front-end content operations for Fanatics Casino. Oversees delivery from briefing through QA, deployment, monitoring, and post-launch review; manages incident response, operational governance, compliance controls, and release readiness. Coaches and develops the operations team, improves processes and reporting, coordinates on-call coverage, and partners with CRM, Product, Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, Customer Support, and VIP teams to protect player experience and operational performance.
