Build flow-through models connecting promotional spend to player value, including casino and sportsbook cross-sell economics. Partner with Finance, CRM, Product, and Analytics to develop investment cases, monitor cohort and promotion performance, and optimize promotional strategy for sustainable growth.

Supports regulatory compliance across gaming jurisdictions, including monitoring requirements, maintaining internal controls, assisting with licensing and examinations, preparing regulatory reports, and advising cross-functional teams on compliance obligations. The role builds relationships with gaming regulators, tracks regulatory developments, reduces compliance risk, and supports product launches and market expansion in Canada and other jurisdictions.

Leads end-to-end campaign, promotional, CRM, and front-end content operations for Fanatics Casino. Oversees delivery from briefing through QA, deployment, monitoring, and post-launch review; manages incident response, operational governance, compliance controls, and release readiness. Coaches and develops the operations team, improves processes and reporting, coordinates on-call coverage, and partners with CRM, Product, Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, Customer Support, and VIP teams to protect player experience and operational performance.
