Requires English and French communication skills, customer service or sales experience, analytical problem-solving ability, multitasking, adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook. The role begins fully in-office for three months, then transitions to a hybrid schedule.

Leads digital growth marketing strategy, acquisition, SEO, SEM, CRO, content amplification, attribution, and marketing analytics. Manages paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliate, and AI-enabled marketing programs while optimizing budgets, funnels, customer lifetime value, and conversion. Oversees a growth team, agencies, vendors, testing frameworks, dashboards, and privacy-compliant tracking in a regulated financial-services environment.

Conduct online investigations and use OSINT tools, Boolean searches, databases, credit bureau reports, social media, and service records to locate customers and vehicles. Manage a queue of 50–100 files, develop creative search strategies, synthesize information, collaborate with internal recovery teams, and assist with compliance testing or special projects.
