The Director, Incentive Programs designs and manages variable compensation plans, ensures alignment with business goals, and provides reporting insights. They lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with HR and Finance to optimize performance metrics and compensation effectiveness.

Support and coordinate regulatory engagements with OSFI and other regulators by preparing correspondence, materials, and meeting briefs; track supervisory findings and remediation; liaise with internal stakeholders to gather inputs; maintain records and governance artifacts; monitor regulatory guidance; and provide ad hoc ERM reporting and workflow support to ensure timely, auditable regulatory interactions.

Serve as a senior full-cycle recruiter and TA SME: lead intake meetings, source and engage mid-to-senior talent, build pipelines, ensure ATS data integrity, support TA training and process improvements, manage background/credit checks, and deliver excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences.
