Support Mortgage FP&A through financial models, forecasts, AOP and quarterly reporting. Manage expense and efficiency ratio analysis, prepare executive review materials, build business cases, enable Workday/OneStream capabilities, and develop dashboards and data platforms to provide data-driven strategic insights and improve performance.

Lead content strategy and creation for Walmart Rewards Mastercard engagement and retention campaigns across email, SMS and in-app channels. Manage campaign briefs, QA, stakeholder approvals, testing and optimization, deliver performance insights, and ensure compliance with legal, privacy and anti-fraud requirements.

Plan, execute and optimize lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys for Walmart Rewards Mastercard across email, SMS and in‑app push. Develop audience segmentation, briefs and offers; manage campaign setup, approvals, QA and compliance. Lead post-campaign analysis, report insights, and present recommendations. Coordinate with creative, analytics, operations, legal and retail partners to meet engagement, activation and retention KPIs.
