Teams at Faire

Staff Product Engineer responsible for executing complex features across multiple teams and technology stacks, optimizing scalable web applications, partnering with product, design, marketing, and data, and mentoring engineers. The role requires strong product judgment, end-to-end ownership of product improvements, technical leadership, and proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript, with familiarity across modern web technologies and AI coding tools.

Build and maintain reusable frontend components and design-system infrastructure across Faire’s web surfaces. Champion accessibility, performance, testing, and quality standards; collaborate with Product Design and engineering teams; guide frontend architecture; use AI-assisted tooling; lead technical projects; mentor engineers; and participate in design and code reviews.

Build end-to-end features for Faire's Brand pillar, collaborating with product, design, and data. Work across backend, frontend, and mobile stacks to optimize performance and scalability, mentor engineers, and drive product improvements from discovery through implementation while using modern tooling and AI productivity aids.
