Manage the commercial and operational infrastructure for global channel partnerships. Responsibilities include maintaining partner agreements, pricing and discount frameworks, approved vendor status, price books, order booking processes, deal registration, enablement content, partner portal requirements, and channel team onboarding. The role collaborates with RevOps, Legal, Finance, Product, procurement teams, and channel leadership to standardize processes and improve partner operations.

Provide technical customer support through email, chat, phone, and video. Troubleshoot FacilityOS products, hardware, connectivity, mobile applications, and integrations; diagnose and document issues; coordinate escalations with Engineering, QA, and Professional Services; maintain customer ownership through resolution; create training materials and help content; and improve support workflows and processes.

Prospect into assigned territories through calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other outreach methods. Conduct discovery conversations, qualify opportunities, nurture leads, schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives, and meet monthly targets. The role also involves developing messaging, collaborating with sales teams on vertical-based campaigns, using prospecting tools, and providing feedback to improve BDR effectiveness.
